Which hours of work would you choose?

    To choose to work myself or for my employees to work? Myself, I rather work 3 days, but if I were devising a schedule for employees, I'd go with 5-day/6-hour one. I think those last couple of hours on 10-hour shifts would be often wasted, because employees would be tired.

    I already work four 11-13hr days and one 2-4hr day. Ten hour days are nothing :P

      I used to do some 12 hours shifts so I feel ya! But mine was retail so I dunno 'bout you but retail for 12 hours makes people crazy. Had to run around on the floor helping 1000 customers while stocking/going to the big stock room to retrieve hundreds of items, ring up the customers, take phone calls, get yelled at when something wasn't my fault, clean the store after hours, etc. I don't think I even got a lunch or dinner break during that job but I barely get one now, bleh.

        Ugh fun :/ two of my days are ok and my half day is mostly ok, bit the other two are fucked. I get kicked, bitten, hit, spat on, sometimes vomited or pissed on... rarely shat on but it has happened. Screamed at ok ncessantly. Almost never get to go to the toilet because ssomeone thinks they need to inspect. ...or stands at the door banging and sobbing that he doesn't know where I am (liar). Im getting lunch most days now but it gets raided and dribbled on.

        I'm a nanny :P and this kid was fine til his mum went on maternity leave six months ago and now is always home, allowing the three year old to behave like a monster with zero consequences and undermining everything I do.
