      I did a quick Google search. "Mashed potato censor" literally only pulls up this post.

      "Mashed censor" pulls up information about the M*A*S*H tv show and its censoring struggles.

      90% sure OP is either misusing the word censor or is just outright trolling.

      Whipped potatoes are a thing. You do something to make it creamier than mashed potatoes, either by adding extra butter or milk and/or mashing to the point of excess
