White! tints are easier to control than shades.

I consider "shades" colors. If you can see it, it's a color. Transparent isn't a color.

White...pure absence of color

Black. It can be a very classy color. It is slimming. If you are going to drop food on clothing, it has to be on this colour. The stain will never show! It's period proof too.
