The only band I could tolerate on there is AC/DC. All the other bands just bore me to death. Not my kind of bands. I'm more into 80's, 90's and modern shit.

FUUUUUUUUCK I didn't read the description and I just voted for Beatles, though I don't care about them. So subtract a vote from them and add one to Pink Floyd. Thank you.

I don't really like any of them except for AC/DC... I'm rather the new generation so I prefer new stuff like Post-Hardcore and stuff =P

    I can kinda follow you on that; i don't despise Brian Johnson (or AC/DC in general)as a vocalist - he does a pretty damn good job and i love the whole Back in Black album, but like my father said: the newer stuff seems to much like "bar jukebox music" - all brawn with no attitude.
    Bon Scott's vocals always sounded like an angry growling dog, that is sorely missed from my perspective.

      Back in Black was a fantastic album, but his vocals really gave me a headache. He sounds like he's not singing out of his diaphragm, but more out of his throat. It's scratchy and harsh. I can't help but think he's going to damage his throat.

1. Led Zeppelin
2. Queen
3. AC/DC
4. Pink Floyd
5. Jimi Hendrix
6. The Beatles

I like them all, but Zeppelin takes it.

    I guess someone was completely appalled that my list didn't exactly match their list in ascending order of greatness. Oh well. There's no right answer to a question like this. They're all great bands. A person could pick any of them and declare them to be the best and I would be just fine with that even if I didn't agree.

I seriously cant decide; Led Zeppelin, Queen and Pink Floyd is on the same top spot - none of them have a track i despise.
BUT! If Black Sabbath had been on that list, i would probably have chosen them (the early stuff with Ozzy was some of the first stuff i got my hands on, when i started collecting vinyl records) ^^ Gotta love that doom and gloom.

AC/DC by far has the most fans.

From that list I probably like Pink Floyd the best.

  You're sadly mistaken....The Beatles have, by far, the most fans...I mean every member of the band has stars on the walk of fame and Paul McCartney was fucking knighted by the Queen of England. Pretty impressive really....

    The Queen knights anyone with a pulse anymore. Ask Keith Richards. That means nothing. Like the Nobel Peace Prize...I can find more valuable prizes in gumball machines and this is little more than one example..

Same thing with Energy. Out of all of them I guess Queen but other than that none of them. Everyone has different tastes - just because someone thinks these bands suck doesn't mean they don't know 'music'. At the end of the day everyone has their own idea on what they feel is true music.

I was actually pretty accurate in guessing the Beetles would be top followed by Queen. That's just statistics. Don't get me wrong, I voted for Queen and while I do like the others listed I'm aware which bands have had global recognition. You should have included Elvis Presley, he's up there in global recognition.
