    Deviantart is a great place to broadcast pictures of my large aromatic dick, if you can consider that art. And many do.

    Neither.

    I have my issues with Tumblr and have at times found the content frustrating and predictable... BUT I have discovered far more interesting and original art on it than on DeviantArt (when I visited back in the day).

    Newgrounds I don't visit unless somebody links something to me.
