Those are some pretty limited options. You should delete this poll and redo it, but include more varieties of race. People all over the world use this site, not just the people in your country.

One there's more then 4 races in the world and two not all of us are of only ONE race, some of us like me are mixed. This poll needs a re-do..

lol. I'm born in America, but you should call me a mutt. I have all different backgrounds. My great grandma was an American Indian. Great Grandpa was British. I know there's Scottish thrown in there somewhere, German, Mexican, Italian. So yeah lol. All I know is my skin is white, and I'm from America. lol.

hello, do you even know the difference between race and ethnicity, or even race and nationality?
someone said that there are a bunch of races in Asia or some nonsense like that.
OK, yeah, my race Japanese, or Taiwanese. my god.
the original polls are correct,there are only four races, but some geneticist would argue for three.
anyways heres an example of what i mean:
me personally, im a white Hispanic. not mixed.

The limitations on the poll are lame, im mutli cultured..im a nice blend of Greek, Spanish, Czech, Black, Irish, and German...the world is now a melting pot..so many mixes, they should poll it to that

Ok I'm Black but I'm not "African" I'm African American,anyway Why is the person that made this so inarticulate,& ignorant? Seriously?This is just all kinds of Jacked up. There are more races than blacks,whites,Asians,and Native Americans. You left out Middle easterners,Hispanics,Indians,biracials. I mean seriously how do you forget entire races of people like that? wow something is wrong.

In case you wanna fix your poll human races are:

a) Caucasian races
b) Mongolian races
c) Negroid races

Europeans are not caucasian. Ever been to London.....it's like spot the white man!

Oh, stop complaining that your own particular race isn't up there. Race is a relative term. Europe once separated itself into the German race, the Spanish race, the Italian race, the French race--and the Asians still do that. Don't ever confuse the Japanese for the Chinese for the Koreans for whatever. Asians are some of the worst racists around.

I'm in America and I'm *actually* Caucasian. I know people use that word to mean 'white' universally, but the word Caucasian actually refers specifically to Eastern Europeans(including Armenians, Turks and Kazakhs). That's where the Caucasus Mountains are, and that's where the word comes from. My mother and father were both born in America, my mother to a pure Ukrainian family and my father to a pure Polish family.

Asians = chinese, japanese, korean, indians. Pretty sure that's it. Not much to generalise

I'm not sure why all the options are plural but I think some people are getting "race" confused with nationality. You definitely forgot latino though.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is someone who is born in France/has french ancestry is known as French. French people are European. Europeans are Caucasian. Their nationality is french or european and their race would be caucasian.
