    Mountains. Water sources, food even if just berries and bugs. Cooler temps. And beautiful stuff to look at.

    In the middle of the sea in a rowing boat.

    This is the only option that I see has a plausible way to get back to civilization. A close second are the mountains, but I'd get home starving then never get home at all.

    Desert-cant stand heat

    Jubgle-cant stand bugs etc

    And being stranded in the middle of the ocean is one of my worst fears, I like swimming but the idea of deep water genuinely terrifies me

    Question: What sea would you be in the "middle of" if you're only 200 miles from civilization? The smallest sea in world is 68,000 sq. miles. Lol.

    I guess maybe it's possible you could be 200 miles out from an inhabited island. But maybe that island is inhabited with indigenous cannibals.
