Where do i go to pick up hot girls my age?

I'm a 19 year old guy and after being single for quite a while, I feel the urge to start dating.

I know that many girls my age go to night clubs and many guys go there to get girls, but I can't handle that kind of noisy environment. I'm already over the loud music, excessive partying, and booze with nothing to do.
I would also not be interested in a girl enjoys this.

1. is it normal that I feel this way?

2. Where do girls like this hang out?

I'm smart and good looking, I don't have problems with women. I just want to know the best place to "hunt" for them.

    Some of these suggestions really suck. Wherever you decide make sure that it is socially acceptable to talk to strangers in this place. That is the only real benefit of the clubs or a bar. There it is completely acceptable to talk to strangers the library not so much definitely not the mall. If you are in college class is a great place. First class of each of your classes that semester come in just before the start and in each one purposefully sit next to the most attractive girl. Start a conversation then you will be able to talk to them every class period because people tend to sit in the same seats throughout the semester. Yoga class is a good place too you will find some gorgeous women there. If you have a lot of friends never turn down an oppurtunity to hang out with a large group of people. Good luck.

    Gym, coffee shop, mall, college campus, bookstore, nightclub, any special events in a city.

    It depends what type of girl you are looking for. If you want a bookish girl, go to the library. If you want a sporty girl, go to the gym. If you want a crazy Maisie, check my little black book. I've had crazier than a turkey in a top hat.

    You just don't go somewhere to find a hot girl. You prepare yourself every day by dressing properly, keeping clean, having a good confidence and staying in a good shape. Then they'll just come along.

      P.D. I agree, finding someone decent in a club is difficult, and having a conversation there is even more difficult.

    You sound like a wetlad, best place to find sex is at the pub or club. Best place to find a girlfriend is either in the gym, part time job co-worker or a fellow student.

    Coffee shop. A lot of people like to go there to do their school work from what I've seen.

      I'm already over it. Everyone wanted to do it in high school, but some people (like myself) get bored sooner than others.

    You could join an 'Events and adventures group'. This way, you will find like minded people. It's where single men and Women get together and do activities as a group. Mainly outdoor kind of stuff. Of course you choose which event you want to go to. Mingle with no Pressure, and meet new people.
    Google something like this in your area.
