I made another poll due to the confusion of what people thought were introverts or extroverts. I am also adding in ambiverts.

INTROVERSION DOES NOT MEAN SHY!!

Introverts: "Contrary to what most people think, an introvert is not simply a person who is shy. In fact, being shy has little to do with being an introvert! ... Basically, an introvert is a person who is energized by being alone and whose energy is drained by being around other people. Introverts are more concerned with the inner world of the mind. Same confusion with Introversion- "friendly" and "outgoing" is not the true meaning of extroversion.

Extroverts: "Most people believe that an extrovert is a person who is friendly and outgoing. While that may be true, that is not the true meaning of extroversion. Basically, an extrovert is a person who is energized by being around other people. This is the opposite of an introvert who is energized by being alone"

Ambiverts: Have both extroverted and introverted traits

Note, when I say "I like it", I don't necessarily on a romantic level, though you may choose for that

    As an introvert, I wish there were more of us. It would make things easier and I'm so bored of people with verbal diarrhea who have so little to say. As far as guys are concerned, there is a kind of sweetness and soulfulness about some introverts that's really appealing to me as well.

    I am introverted. INTP. 5w4.
    If you do not know what INTP means, I suggest Googling it as it would help you better understand who I am. Insert incentive here.

    I wish I could say that I am comfortable with what I am, but the introvert that the rest of the world sees is not the individual I wish they could.

    I think introverts are pretty boring.. I enjoy going out being loud and when I hang out with my introverted friends I try to get them drunk so there are more fun, but I still would rather hang out with more outgoing people. Introverts are LAME!

    i procrastinate better by myself and i procrastinate often. during the summer not in school im going ape shit 24/7 partying, driving drunk (classic), traveling, and just being an all around social person.

    Two simple answers....either they are a nerdy dork and unsocial probably emo or a pothead or are very young or they have a mind that sees you as not good enough to worry about...(side note)an intelligent person will always try till the point they feel the are being ridiculed after you do that your screwed....the end result is the same for you from both but for the intelligent one he only learns more from you causing him to be an introvert even further but may ask you out the next day....doubtful youll ever meet anyone like that but....hmm...i know what i know just trying to help.....
