When people describe themselves as "bubbly"

I have noticed when I read online dating profiles or other things where people describe themselves as 'bubbly'.

What does 'bubbly' actually mean?

'Bubbly' means fat	5
'Bubbly' means bimbo	1
A happy, perky, kind of annoying person at times	48

When i make them drink dish soap an punch them in the stomach. Sometimes bubbles escape their mouths.

I see bubbly people as perky, energetic, and kind of airy. And a bit on the annoying side, especially if you want quiet and calm.
