When my ex talk to me sometimes i get the urge to vomit

It's not because I am discusted with him. It's litterly that I get nervious. This happens when I don't talk to him for a few days and get into the parinoid paniky "no he hates me. he doesn't want to talk to me" mood thing. Or when I do the "gah I miss him" thing.
WTF is wrong with me. I have no idea why I do this but it drives me crazy. Is this normal or am I more insane then I thought I was?
