When is the best time to tell someone i have aids?

Im 23 years old and was diagnosed with HIV when I was 7 from getting a bad batch of blood after being hit by a car.

I've met women who act like I should have told them I was positive before even telling them my name, and while I'd never ever sleep with someone before telling them, it's still kinda obnoxious to have to bring my blood into my pickup lines.

I totally understand where people come from when they turn me down after finding out, you have to be pretty ballsy to bed me to begin with. It's not that I see dating as a sex thing, it's also if I get sick then they have to understand that I get /sicksick/
