Hmm brushing teeth really does take a LIFETIME. I'm guessing you don't floss, either.
It'll sneak up on you and you'll pay a fortune in dental billllzzzzz.
Try both. The day is 24*60 minutes long. I'm sure you can spare 2 of those!

You should brush your teeth morning noon and night and before you go out anywhere or have people over. Nice teeth and good breath are extremely important.

Why don't you just brush in the morning and at night if you don't know when is better?

  • you should brush your teeth AT LEAST twice a day. this is the very least you should do. your teeth do a lot for you- you use them to eat! something you must do to live. so treat them with respect! also be sure to floss at least once a day and maybe use some mouth wash as well. all natural toothpaste and mouthwash is ideal. so PLEASE, consider what i say my friend. take care of your chompers!

How can you not have time to brush your teeth both morning and night? One when you wake up to wash up and one before you sleep... How hard and time consuming can that possibly be?

Brush at night and use whitening toothpaste. It's also a good idea to floss. I did that and at my last checkup I had no cavities!

Please be kidding! You've GOT to brush your teeth at LEAST in the morning and at night! You're going to get an abscess in your mouth and die of a systemic infection. Your mouth is really a filthy place! Clean it as often as you can! Plus, do you find you are short on friends or people who will be near you? Does your mouth taste like a creature crawled into it and took a poo and then died? Come on. Brush you teeth.

Morning if you are only gonna do it once.

  • It depends...

If you wear braces you should brush and floss mornings, between meals, and nights before bed.

Otherwise, brushing AND flossing; along with the regular use of a Water Pik; mouth washes and a tongue scraper should be done at least mornings upon rising and immediately before bed. You should just rinse your mouth between meals with some warm, salty water if you are not wearing braces to avoid cavities.

Also, if you have just eaten something that would stick to your teeth and cause problems, like caramel, it would be a good idea to brush your teeth really well after eating and to floss well.

You're actually supposed to brush twice to three times a day. But I guess doing it at night if you can only brush once a day, would be better. So you won't wake up with as much of morning breath and everything.

    Mine go into a glass.

Hahaha! No really, twice a day is best. If you cant then atleast swish your mouth out with Listerine or Scope. That's what my dentist told me to do.
