Its strange - but puberty does make ya do strange things. For a start youre a kid and thus........an idiot.........but you also have that other thing going on. Dont punish yourself - just obviously never do that again.
It's fucking gross and it's weird. But... ultimately It was just a sandal. You didn't actually do anything to a person. It harmed no one.

Everybody has lots of things they can feel guilty about if they choose to do so. And I'm sure almost everyone did at least one thing that they're now ashamed of while they were going through the temporary insanity of puberty. Hell, I'm sure that even goody-two-shoes who never _did_ anything they now regret could find some thoughts they had back to feel guilty about if they were honest with themselves and dug around in their memories for long enough.
What you did was unusual, but you can be absolutely certain that you weren't the first teenage guy in the entire history of humanity who did it, and you also won't be the last.
It seems to me that the most important point is that what you did harmed nobody. If you want to torture yourself over this, that's your prerogative, but it seems pretty stupid to me. The guy you were back then is not the person you are now, and from what you say, it's clear that the decisions you made then are obviously not the decisions you'd make now.
It was just one of those weird, stupid things that kids do as they're trying to figure out life. Leave it behind and move on.
