Sleepovers must be hell for you, you must wake up covered in sharpie and/or tied naked to a tree every time.

Train your brain to wake up.
    Its not hard.

I can tell myself when to wake up before i go to bed and BAM.
I wake up at exactly the time i needed to. WITHOUT an alarm.

You could have a mild form of narcolepsy. It's easy to treat with stimulant medication or an SSRI. See your doctor.

You are just lazy. Don't worry its human nature. Just stop fretting and let the sweet sweet sedentary waves of apathy and genuine uselessness lap over you.

    This is called growing up.

Uh, go to bed every night at the same time about, oh, say 8 hours before you want to wake up. Presto-chango! and all is well.
