try the natural squatting position with your legs bent and feet on the seat. make sure you don't splash though. getting poo water on your feet is not cool.
I have the tiniest anus ever. Most times the poo won't even fit through and I have to sit there forever straining to empty my butt. I also can't use normal size dildos or take my bff up there because they're too big to get inside me.

I know for a fact I spread when my cheeks when I take a dump..LOL that is mainly because my poop is sooooo anxious to get the hell out-like it's knockin on my butthole but, when I sit down on the toilet, it act like it doesn't want to come out..so I force it..I push- and sometimes it get stuck, like its scared to come out and land in the water so I spread my cheeks to help move it around a bit..works for me everytime :)
Sometimes you can pin your one buttcheek up against the seat and then pull the other one open with your hand to stretch out your asshole making it easier for the dump to descent and not smear up the side. SOmetimes you have to do a little jig at the end to get the last dollop of shit to fall off. Sometimes after a huge poop your asshole will stay open for a second or two and a splash of toilet water will go right up it. EWWWW
