When i run i feel sick

When i run at a decent pace (say 8 miles per hour) i start to feel sick after half a mile and i feel like i am going to throw up after a mile. I am a pretty athletic guy and i can run sprints very well, I play football and i lift weights, but long distance running makes me feel like i am going to throw up. I drink enough water and i eat long enough before a run and i have tried every breathing technique in the book.

I would make sure ur not eating HFCS, wheat products, or other processed foods. This used to sabotage MY workouts. Also remember to deep breathe to avoid side aches

That could be it, I'll be more careful about what I eat. Thanks for the tip.

Well, yes.. Try reading excerpts from 'wheat belly'. There are actual established research showing how much your life improves when you eliminate wheat from your diet. The reason for this, is that the wheat plant that is our public food supply is from a mutated gene from the original plant.
