    Yes it's normal. It's caused because your letting heat escape from your body and your brain is confused why it is loosing heat so it starts to heat up your body by warming the most noticeable part first, your feet. There's your useful answer, and your weird.

    Um no, I'm not standing on a floormat. I'm sitting on a toilet like any normal person with my feet touching the floor.

    Same here. Its because the pee is stored in your feet, so when you go it all exits causing a warming sensation.
