When i'm cold..

usually my fingers puff up and it kinda hurts than it itches..
I wasn't like this before, and I could enjoy the cold weather. But lately I've noticed that when it's cold, suddenly my fingers/ arms/ toes would swell up.They aren't that huge but sometimes they are obvious and they look like mosquito bites..

I did not take/consume anything that may have triggered this..

I searched online whether it's cold allergies or chilblains I dunno but they both are common where I have to avoid cold.. wherever I go it's usually cold.. in my room (me and my sister share same room and she often turns it on) and in the school bus (I live in a tropical country) and in the classroom.. (I have a jacket but it's not thick enough)

I have no idea what this is and if I should tell my parents that I need to go the doctor or something..

Yes, you need to see the doc. I'm an ER nurse. I'd venture to say that you may have some sort of circulatory issues or maybe something more serious than that, such as Lupus.
