If I dont wash my hands they get this HORRIBLE, FILTHY feeling. I just HAVEEEEE to wash my hands after using the toilet, and i gotta use like ten squirts of soap :)
If i dont wash my hands it feels like a dog crapped in my hand.......
is it normal to be this worried about washing my hands?
i dont use 10 squirts of soap, but i have to wash my hands after every time i use the bathroom. if some one doesnt, i flip and tell them to. its normal
Good habit. But if you want to have enough soap for next time, you only need a few squirts.
It doesn't even need to be OCD, you just like to be clean. Im the same way.
I'm the same way. Its normal to a degree. A few years ago I went to the doctor once and she pointed out my dry hands and I explained my obsessiveness about keeping them clean and she said I had to wash my hands less because I was taking away the essential nutrients from the skin or something like that.
I have the same issue but I think 2-3 squirts is fine. I hate having dirty hands and I regularly wash my hands about 10 or more times a day, depending on what I do.
Probably a little over the top, but what you are doing is very sanitary so it really doesn't matter... I mean if you feel better after doing it then what does it matter what anyone else thinks.
