When i close my eyes real hard i hear a rushing noise..what is it?

When i close my eyes really hard i can sort of feel and hear a rushing noise? is this blood or something? it hurts after a while when you do it...

    Just your ear drum being flexed. Should happen whenever you try to move your ears too.
