When does youth end?
When is a person no longer young? I've always wondered what the general consensus is. What is the border between youth and middle age?

I don't think people are grasping this question. I'm not saying that youth ends and old age begins, there is a period of time called middle age, and I'm asking with this starts.
We've all seen those people who still try to be young and look ridiculous. I'm not saying they are relics or anything, but there comes a time when a woman looks ridiculous in a tiny bikini or teenage clothing, and when a man looks desparate driving around in a flashing convertible.
Depends whether you mean the end of youth within the physical ageing process, or the psychological state of 'youthfulness' (or lack of it).
Physically I'd say about 34-36, it depends on the person though. Generally at this time you start to appear 'worse' by society's standards. Also at this time you are likely to be married with children, have a steady income etc.
As for the state/feeling of being 'youthful', this depends on the person, whether they consider themselves young, or whether they feel dragged down by life, low/depressed, useless etc.
I'd say it never truly ends unless you let it. But overall, for most people, I think it's around 35.
youth is the bliss that comes with the ignorance of how harsh life can be.
Youth ends when you're so bored with life you don't care if you live or die.
When you finally get that Corvette and you find that not only does it no longer interest you but it brings you no joy or pleasure, your youth ended a few pages back.
It depends on a lot of stuff, such as lifestyle. Youth usually ends much sooner for smokers and heavy drinkers than for nonsmokers and moderated or non drinkers.
Youth ends when you're finally disenchanted but you're too busy with your own life to be brought down by that fact.
