Define sexual activity. I started masturbating and exploring kinks at 11, but didnt give oral till I was 17 and intercourse till 19.

I am by no means encouraging pedos, but am speaking about the natural progression of similar aged individuals in regard to sexuality.

The age restrictions set upon us are to keep 48 yr olds from 8 yr olds.... not to keep 18 yr olds from 17 yr olds, or 13 yr olds from 12 yr olds.

Age 21. 17½ would have been the ideal age for me.
