When australians call you a cunt is it a bad thing?

Australians are cool, it sounds nice when they say it.

Depends on the situation. I have called my friends, both male and female, cunt on occasion, but it's meant affectionately, whereas in other situations with people I dislike it's said with malice.

I'm not Australian so I probably shouldn't be commenting on this post, but here in the US, it's considered an insult. I don't see why people give that word so much power though. I had a cousin that called me a cuntsiclestick, thinking that it was going to really hurt/humiliate me. I thought the word was cool and used it as username on a few sites.

Anyone thinking such a funny use of a word was going to insult someone is a fucking idiot.

Sorry if that's a cousin you like :/

She's not someone I like. She's the type that dishes it out but claims harassment when it's thrown back at her. XD

  • I never understood the gasp some people do when they hear that word. I've heard Americans say it's the worst thing to call someone but I'm some places such as Australia and the UK it's used all the time, even between friends.

Ofcourse it can be used maliciously but it's used so much in some areas it's about as big as calling someone a bitch, which ain't that big. Lol
