I'm a vegetarian who really likes meat. So I'm going to say meat, although I don't eat it. Spicy crispy beef, Szechuan style. Cheeseburger. Lasagne. Spag Bol. Chilli con carne. Prosciutto. Sausage and mash. Bacon sandwich. Spam fritters. Haggis. Keema lal beezi, or keema bhari lal mirchi charm. Scouse. Corn dog hash. Meat and tatty pie. Shawarma.
The skin of a roasted chicken. :/
It has its moments but not eating meat isn't a major problem. I miss it but it's only like missing sex when you're not in a relationship. You just deal with it.
Although I do have cravings and there are some things with no good substitute, like ribs, corned beef, lamb, oxtail soup, haggis, black pudding, a decent steak, pepperoni pizza. The list goes on...
I don't think I could ever FULLY give up meat just because of ribs. They are the most divine foodstuff in existence. They are a work of art on a plate.
Also all the candy products I wouldn't be able to eat, like marshmallows would drive me insane. And 3/4 of my diet consists of candy so I'd wither away without it.
Ribs are fantastic. The last time I had a meat crisis and lapsed, ribs were one of the first things I had. I love the way the Chinese cook ribs. My stomach is moaning just thinking about it and there really is no veggie equivalent or anything even similar.
Most things you don't need to do without, though. Most gelatine is veggie friendly these days (something like 80%, or at least in this country). As a vegetarian, my problem is that I can't take a chance so I've got to *know* it's veggie friendly even though it most probably is.
!!! I LOVE Chinese ribs. My God, I've fallen into a deep depression knowing I can't have any at this very moment! (╥_╥)
It's true, lots of products are vegetarian these days and the number is seemingly increasing.
Actually, one vegetarian food I hate is tofu. I don't not see how this is a suitable replacement to meat. Quorn (however it is spelt) is nice though.
It's like a stew made with corned beef and cubed potatoes. English corned beef is nothing like the American version. Ours is much looser and it starts to melt into the stew to become pink, salty gravy. It looks hideous but it tastes fantastic with a bit of brown sauce and some bread and butter.
I've never found a veggie alternative to this. :/
THE MIGHTMOUSE LIST
Pizza (Pappa Murphy's)
Chimmy Chongas (Mexican Drug)
Melktert (South African Milk Tart)
Sushi (with enough soy, ginger and wasabi to make me cry!)

Anything that has to do with meat. Grilled or fried, none of that healthy baked shit.
It has to be on the bone also. I have to be able to FEEL the flesh tearing off the bone. Also i prefer to kill my own animal. That way i can see it die slowly and painfully.
Thats how my dog died
What I like hinges on circumstances. Sometimes I like a steaming bowl of beef stew, other times I eat an apple with a glass of tea.
Chicken Teryaki with white rice with an extra helping of Teryaki sauce poured over the chicken and rice from a mall restaurant in the Southeast called Sarku Japan.
This has been my favorite food since I was 12. Every time I get the chance, I go there. I love it. It is absolutely delicious.
Rice!
Chicken adobo, spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo, Chinese steamed buns, bubble/boba tea, ube bread, duck, green tea rolls, shrimp chips, tapioca pudding, mochi ice cream, cold veggie pizza, bibingka, spinach and artichoke dip w/ pita bread, longanisa, leche flan, grass jelly drink, turkey tacos, whole crispy fried fish, halo halo, pumpkin pie, fried chicken butt, raspberry cheesecake, Thai curry wings, curry chicken, bacon, strawberry sprinkle donut, Krispy Kreme glazed donut, ice cream cupcakes, ghirardelli dark chocolate brownies, lychee jelly, Hot Cheetos, Flamin' Hot Fritos, Mandarin chicken, Kung Pao chicken, stir fry peppers & onions, ice cream sandwich, beer bread and so on. :P
I like all of your options. :)
