Too many to choose from, but a proper English gravy (not the packet stuff) is great. Also a good chocolate sauce, plum sauce, and sweet and sour sauce. Can't beat a bit of brown sauce with a corned beef hash, either. Oh, and a madras sauce.
I voted BBQ sauce since I can never get enough barbecued food especially when the KC Masterpiece sauce is the one used. However, you forgot steak sauce! I adore A1 steak sauce. You also forgot hot sauce! Tabasco smoked chipotle pepper sauce is so badass.
Girly-goo! 10W-squirty! Sweet and salty, like passionfruit! Ask Clinton what he likes to dip his cigars in !
I really like tzatziki sauce.... and Frank's Red Hot. If Frank were still alive I would send him a Christmas card every year.
toast and grilled cheese + worcestershire sauce is delicious, try saying that quickly.. its kinda thin and black ,vinegar, pepper and anchovies
From this list, Mustard. Preferably Dijon. Also, Tartar sauce is great. Tahini is another favorite.
Béarnaise sauce.
Ketchup is totally a culture thing for the States and absolutely disgusting.
Tabasco sauce, Pontac sauce, and Samurai sauce (mayonnaise with tomato and chili flakes)
In Holland we have very nice mayo's, so i'll have to say mayo to this one.
I like ranch dressing which you can't even get in Germany... here I love American Dressing and I really like sweet-sour sauce =P
Subway's Chipotle Mayo, , Chik Fil A's Polynesian sauce, Franks Hot Sauce
Depends what I'm eating :D
I love the sauces my mom makes, in the chicken. It's good on rice, bread or pasta. Yummy.
I live at home. I can't find work. I am young and silly. My mother, though she tries, never seems to buy enough food or spend her money wisely, and has raised us not to ask for stuff.
Those factors have combined and blended to create the desperate need to adapt.
You put 3.5 parts mayonaise to 1 part strong, wholegrain mustard in a small bowl of some kind. Find one.
Mix.
You add Italian herbs. The cheap dried kind, not the fresh kind.
A second national/cultural herb mix of your choice, as long as it is spicy. Cajun or mexican will do nicely, but there are other alternatives.
You may add salt or pepper but I've never tasted the difference.
Mix.
Add a strong base herb like chili or a small amount of dried garlic.
Mix.
Use for any potato-based product or anything with a beer batter.
This is known as "Best Sauce" in my social circle informally, or formally "The combination of every simple food additive that our friend with the hat had in his barren cupboard while finding something to have with the cucumber slices and crackers he was somehow able to summon from the mere nothingness of his food supply"
KETCHUP. I gave it up though because I used to eat more of it than actual food.

These are condiments, not sauces!!!!!!
Béchamel, Espagnole, Velouté, Allemande, these are sauces.
You are barbarians!!!
Now I have to go make Espagnole.

What no spicy mustard??? I eat that on everything. Either that or ranch. Nom nom nom :3
