I actually can't bring myself to say I "like" any superheros.

My favorite anti-heros would be Deadpool, Magneto, and Jason Todd (Redhood comics, previously one of the Robin's that was killed by Joker and revived). I haven't seem much of Jason Todd, just read up about him.

Favorite villains would have to be Doctor Doom and Pyro.

Favorite villains and Anti-heroes from things other than Marvel and DC would be Lestat, Angelus, Hanibal Lector, Illusive man, Sylar, Dorian Gray, William the bloody, Shane Walsh, Herrick, Malcolm Reynolds, Jayne, Sephiroth, Mr Longbough, Crowly, Dick, Ben.

Most of those are known names, others are just common names I don't remember the second names from. If you want to know what character belongs to what show/movie, just ask.

Male- Spiderman
Female- Catwoman, however, I don't think of her as being a "superhero".

I don't really have a favorite hero. I like Batman, though, but I wouldn't consider him 'favorite'. I do have a favorite villain, though.

Out of those, either Spiderman or Batman, although for completely different reasons.

My favourite was always the Silver Surfer and I really couldn't bring myself to like Captain America. Post-puberty, Catwoman started making a bit of an impression on me.
