There is no meaning of life. Life just exists to exist.

We're here because our universe formed with laws, principles, elements that can sustain life after and under certain conditions. Out of an infinite possible number of universes that infinite possible properties, we became us. As for our purpose here? To reproduce and evolve.
Or maybe not. Maybe not any of that and it's all random. Or maybe an invisible Man in the sky made you out of dirt.
As for the meaning of our individual lives? What ever you feel gives it meaning. Wether it be to love, have children, study science to answer these questions, to work and create. Anything you decide has a powerful enough resonation within you to get up in the morning and live

Life has no meaning if you not counting reproduction, but we may as well enjoy it since not many sperm cells have the chance to live life.

Life has no meaning. It's what you make of it.

there are 2 purposes a religious one and a secular one.

    Religious - To serve God.

    Secular - To enjoy life.

What an odd question. "purpose" is such a redundant notion as is. What on earth are you talking about. If life served a greater purpose. What then would be the purpose of the thing that life produced? Answering this question wouldn't solve anything.
