Whats enough to make you hit someone?

insulting my children or bullying them in any way will get someone hit. I don't care if you're a kid, either. I've seen kids that are vicious, malicious, evil little monsters who deserve their asses kicked.

i'm brilliant with verbal battles, half the time it gets me punched. then it gets the twat that punched me in hospital.
so yeah, they hit me first, then i hit them.
except if people spit at me, then i could drive a knife right through their head.

You never hit frist because when you win and they call the police for opening a can on 'em it won't be your falut

It really depends on the person, thier relationship to me and the scenario. Most people and situations aren't worth it.

I'm a very intimidating person so I don't have people ever coming up to me talking shit. I scare people!!

I am not really in good enough health to engage in a physical altercation. When I was younger though, if someone needled me enough they were likely to get hit. It never has happened, but if a person spat in my face I would likely try my best to smack them in retaliation. A shove or a hit, would be grounds to replying in kind. A person must defend themself, despite what the pacifistic Oahspe Bible advises. It says a person should not retaliate even if their life is in danger, that they should just stand there, or lie there, and let an enemy kill them, rather than risk taking the life of another, self defence not being an option. Sorry, spirits, but I just can not go along with that! That being said, I am proud to confess that I have not struck another human being since my teens, and hope never to have to try. Like I said, I am not in good phyical health now. I have a pacemaker, and I do not think it would be a good idea for me to have to fight.

Nothing is more irritating than someone in your face talking trash to you if that happened I wouldnt be to blame for getting them out of my face.

It takes ALOT to get me mad, I just don't have it in me lol But if someone was actually calling me out in my face, Some bitches nose would be broken >:D

All the situations i've been in is where somebody always has to get up in my face bitching at me and shoving me and blocking my path way so i can't walk past,
so then i'll get pissed off at them an give them a hard shove back and cuss them out and drop everything that i was wanting to do that day and leave pissed off and mad at them it seems to always happen to me for some reason.

I go by a modified version of when deadly force is authorized - modified because some of them don't apply to me (i.e. stuff with national defense)

1) self-defense & defense of others
2) prevent of theft or sabotage
3) prevent serious offenses against other persons that involve imminent danger or death or serious bodily harm (i.e. murder, armed robbery, etc)
4) protect public health or safety (i.e. stopping someone from poisoning the water supply)
5) stopping an escaped prisoner

Now if it's just WANTING to hit someone out of anger... that's when I walk away from the situation to cool down.

its rarely wise (if ever) to start hitting someone. I guess its sort of a caveman instinct but not smart to do; I prefer to rise above and use my brain instead of my fists.

In this situation, the best thing to do is throw the first punch, you lose nothing for doing it and he might run away....only do it if you are sure there will be a fight

I didn't smack this guy who was calling my friend a bitch because she kinda called him out on being a jackass, which is unlike her.

I stood my ground and told him I was going to walk away, and to calm down... but ever since then I feel like I betrayed my friend; I'll never make the same mistake again.

first: are you a boy or a girl (i don't punch lady's)

second: what did you do (are you just calling me names or are you looking for a fight. joke punches don't count)

third: are you just looking for a fight or do you actually punch me.

fourth: if you chose the second one you have some serious trouble!

If someone hurt people i love. I don't really hit people even if they hit me because i guess i dnt care about myself

It's not really about actions; if someone pisses me off enough to hit them, I'd hit them, I don't care what action they've taken or haven't taken.

For the record I've never hit anyone in a seriously hostile way. It's not that I care one way or the other, I've just never been pushed to it.

There's a lot that pisses me off, and a few things that make me so angry I'd love to punch them in the face, but I would only ever actually do it if my life was at stake or if someone hit me more than once.

Oh, I see a bell shaped curve! :) Anyway, I wouldn't hit someone unless they tried to attack me first. I'm not violent and I don't get mad easily, and I try to avoid physical situations or fights.

i'm not as protective of my family, they're all a little brutal and fight for themselves. besides, i take the mick out of them anyway. unless people offend my cousin, as he is disabled. then i too am like mike tyson.

my hand has a mind of its own..me and my friends are rough when were together..a slap on the face is like love to us..haha..lol..
but i guess thats different coz were friends..

A stranger who is :chasing me up, or worse, down stairs.
tapping me on the shoulder in a dark street whilst whispering a threat in my ear.
blowing a trumpet in close proximity to said ear.
running straight toward me with a pool cue in one hand and something sticky in the other. any of these scenarios would make me hit

if that someone was to hurt one of my kids bodily, then that someone will have a mess of shit on their hands when they're up against this 285lb power lifting gorilla as a very angry man...... but if that someone strikes me first, then that all depends on my mood at the time and what kind of strike was given, unless i caused something to deserve it..... otherwise than that, i'm a pretty gentle guy that can tolerate a lot. i'm not one for easily hitting anybody without thinking first.

If you shove me, laugh at me, talk trash at me or do anything to otherwise try and rile me, you are getting my knuckles in your face.

I don't take shit from anyone anymore.

If you approach me in a violent manner or if i see you fuckin wit my fam/friends.........
