What would you say this was/is

I am in a wheelchair & get a lot of pain; sensation has never been the best, my knees have basically had it.

I was doing a relaxation thing, which I do a lot of, when this feeling started creeping up on me.

My whole lower half was numb but my legs were throbbing like mad, it's as as if the feeling was trying to come back, but it couldn't quite do it.

It didn't hurt me. Far from it; my whole body relaxed and the pain stopped. I spasmed, shook, groaned and might have shouted at one point.

Bar being at some good blues concerts, I've never felt so good in my whole life. If you could see what was going on it'd look like smoke or mist. Afterwards I feel really chilled-out.

Any ideas??

I'd say pulled muscle. If you could feel it, it was probably a really bad one, but it's probably best to have it checked

Another concern, xrays have shown that people have had things stuck in their bodies for years without them knowing it! So you never know, maybe you sat on a pin or something!

I personally feel it would be horrible to be wheelchair bound, but I keep thinking of what Homer said when he saw one, 'And here I am using my legs' :)

I'm no physio (what a rhyme), but you should provide more details on what this 'relaxation thing' was.
