What would you do in these emergency situations?

Scenario 1:
You are at home watching TV, etc. and the phone rings. Your spouse, s/o, parent etc. says "Leave the house now!" and the phone call ends.

What would you do?

Scenario 2:
You are at work and you get a text from your spouse, s/o, parent etc. it says "Drop everything and get out of there now, danger!".

What would you do?

Try to call them back to see whats going on 15
Do what the message says without question 55
Ignore them and keep doing what I was doing 5

    I'd get the fuck out of there and then when I got some mileage between me and the house I would call up my lover and ask for an explanation.

    You could do option 1 while you were getting out of the house. I'd wait a bit before calling since my loved one might be in danger himself/herself.

    Depends on the person. My parents are a little coocoo...They live far away so I would probably call them back b/c how would they know I'm in danger?? I would trust my BF and leave with my dog. If it was at work I'd call him back right away b/c I wouldn't want to get in trouble for leaving without a good reason.

    I would probably leave the place, but not by running in panic. It's better to be safe than sorry.

    What's the worst thing that could possibly happen to me anyway, if I just followed the instructions? There's no shame in having a survival instinct.

    Well my bf wouldn't call me at work because i don't carry my cell.

    but i also know if there was something big happening he wouldn't be stupid about it. he'd call, and i'd gather the dog, and the survival gear.
