What would you do if an "unpopular" political party won an election?

Let's say, you go on holiday for a long time, without knowing what's going on back at your home country. When you return your country is now controlled by a very unpopular political party, probably really outdated and extreme in its beliefs and has policies which you disagree with completely. How they won this election, despite being highly unpopular, is unknown to you. How would you feel and would you do anything? If so, what?

    Tough choice.... I'd probably stay and join the rebel uprising though, tempted as it would be to just get the hell outta dodge. Though I do have my kitties to consider... they're too fluffy to go to war. ;-;

        And I've just realised I don't think I can call you bananadave anymore because I don't want to compare you to Mr. Cameron. :/

        You have to be bananaEd (Milliband) instead, hmm, which is a bit like bananahead, which is a bit like... ta daaaa... bananaface! You're back as yourself again. :D

    I voted and I will not say my answer. We will just have to wait and see. I hope this kind of thing never happens.

        :O You're the OP? Omg, the ALP is a joke, they only got through because of broken promises and party preferences.
