What would you do if a stranger hugged you?

Assume that you were on a walk around you neighbourhood and someone your age of the same sex happens to cross paths with you and tries to hug you.

This stranger is average in looks, build and height. S/he also happens to be the same gender as you. S/he does not appear to be armed. You were approached at midday.

How do you respond?

              That also reminded me of something my mom used to do to me. She would place her hand on my head and make a sort of sucking gesture, like her hand was a creature and say " whats this..... And brain sucker starving"

    I don't give a flying fuck about there looks, gender, or build, they would still be a stranger regardless and these aspects wouldn't change my reaction. I would be weirded out, possibly frightened as well. I don't have much muscle mass as of now, so if this person is of a an average build and is dangerous, I would have a lot of difficulty with asserting force and getting that person off of me.

    I would hug them. It's happened before.. at first i'd laugh awkwardly, wonder if they were pulling some kind of joke, but if not just enjoy it ^w^ it'd be weird, but worse things have happened. and I don't normally carry anything worth stealing..
