Urinate on the new rug sounds like the easiest, but then I'd probably have to buy a new rug with the ten dollars, which may even be more expensive than 10 bucks, so it seems pointless.

Well since I've already gotten desperate enough to shake out the rugs in my bathroom and smoke a bowl of weed with various things mixed in, including pubes, and at a different date, picked up a nug of weed off the urine soaked floor of a dorm shower. And I've used light (piss) beer as bong water before, I'm going to say light a cigarette in a no smoking restaurant.
