I am a senior with a few weeks left and have a bunch of free time. Yesterday I got off during study hall and felt that I was pretty descrete laying on the floor behind desks in the back of the room. I plan to make this a habit. If I turn study hall into porn hub class, do you think I may be caught? If so, what would happen or what are the rules on this? Has it happened to anyone by any chance?

I'd say you'd be expelled, suspended at least. Plus it could get out and then everyone in school will be gossiping about you and will take the piss out of you.

    Yeah but surely you don't want to destroy the reputation you've built up over the last few years, and be remembered only as the guy who jacked off in school, just for the sake of a couple of wanks do you?       I know the risk, but if you resd my first reply to Boojum, you will see that I am actually in a good position to get away with it. There will always still be some risk, and I understand that, but to me it is still worth it.

Just don't forget that it's illegal, and not only are you risking a sentence but you could be put on the sex offenders register too. You really don't want to be on that thing, people will think you did something way worse than just jerking in the library and it will follow you around forever. So the consequences are pretty severe.

I don't necessarily think that means you shouldn't do it - I remember many years ago my husband and I got caught fucking on a public beach (to be fair to us it was very quiet out as it was sunrise) and if we had been prosecuted we could have been put on the sex offenders register for that. I don't regret it because the sex was amazing, we were young and carefree and it's a treasured memory now. But do exercise caution and go into it fully aware of the risks.

    Hm... You'd probably have to ask a lawyer lol. I think it depends. For example, an old dude rubbing his crotch on a chair in front of other people would probably get put on the sex offenders register. I know you're not suggesting doing that of course, but I think if one person can be prosecuted even though their dick is still hidden then it stands to reason that someone else could too. I imagine it's one of those things that's taken on a case by case basis.
    
    To be fair though if you're hidden away in the back of the library then surely you'd realise if someone was coming? I think if you're fully clothed and keep an eye and ear out for other people then you'd probably be fine

  Well my parents have alnost caught me a few times and I am quite busy outside of school also. I can't do much else during study hall but I can make myself useful outside of school. I usually barely fap at all outside of school.

From the terms you use, I assume you're in the USA.

American laws are very prudish (thanks to the Puritanical sludge the country grew from), and masturbating in public - which is what you'd be doing in the classroom - can get you charged with public indecency or something similar. If you were caught by a member of staff or another pupil, it would be down to the school administration to decide what should happen, but you can be damned sure no high school principal wants it to get out that he's happy for male pupils to be jerking off in front of sweet, innocent freshmen girls - which you can be sure is how it would be described on social media.

You have to make your own judgement call on the risks of getting caught and you're free to do whatever the hell you want, but consider that having a conviction for something like this on your record can cause problems in later life.

  It is a class with only seniors in it. Its also a study hall where everyone is on their phones anyway. Its in one if those huge lecture hall type rooms and I do it under my pants and stay quiet. Do these factors change anything?

    If you're not getting your penis out of your pants, and there's no chance of someone sneaking up on you from behind or the side, then it sounds like you could be safe.
    
    For what it's worth, I did much riskier things when I was your age and younger, so I'm well aware of the urge. I didn't really understand the risks, though, since it was a more innocent time.
