What type of underwear?

Hello.

So, I was shopping for panties online. I just thought to myself..I wonder what type of panties other people like?

Here's a scenario: You accidentally see a girls underwear when she bends down/over (or some other way)...would you find it weird to see underwear with a pattern of tropical flowers for example?

I'd like to hear from both men and women.

Personally, as a women, I like to wear boyshorts that are usually plain black or a solid neutral color.
I've been toying with the idea to buy some with patterns, but I suppose it doesn't really matter since they are hidden haha.
But then again, one day I might have a significant other so I was just wondering what others thoughts were. :)

What do you like to see on a women? What do you prefer wearing?

    I'm wearing a pair right now. I love the way the material feels against my dick. I prefer to wear ones worn by girls then the ones you can just buy in stores. Its hot.

    Like my name says, I'm a vintage girl, I wear skirts and dresses all the time, always in styles from the 40's, 50's and early 60's. I loathe modern fashions and haven't worn them in years, since I was in high school. Naturally all my lingerie is vintage or vintage reproduction as well. I wear bullet bras, full-cut panties, open -bottom girdles, fully fashioned stockings and slips or petticoats everyday, in fact I don't feel fully dressed without them. I love dressing vintage because it makes me feel like a lady and I love that my guy likes me to dress this way too.

    In addition to my previous comment...as long as you are not into g-strings or thongs, I'm not sure that I would think you are strange unless you wear something particularly noticeable (fluorescent colors, for example)...prints, stripes, polka dots, flower patterns, etc. I have seen all these on women...and I don't consider any of these strange...I feel these are quite normal...even more so if they make a girl feel pretty or beautiful..

    As a guy, I love to see women in spotlessly clean white panties...but if the choice came down to either dirty whites or clean in something else...I'd rather see them clean...I think it not only looks better, but gives more confidence in the wearer...besides...the women are wearing panties...not me...

    I'd guess that all depends upon the circumstances. There are alot of variables to be considered. I personally like diversifying. I'd suppose that tells you that every man and situation is different though there are some common patterns. Like a particular colour, fabric, design.

    Both but I probably have more with patterns. I like neutral colors in lace and microfiber.

    I love women in matching white underwear or see through and for a romantic night, stockings and suspenders or if your in a dirty mood wear a skirt with crouch less knickers, such a turn on when a women is sat opposite you with her legs open
