I have a friend, who had COUNTLESS Exs!! I'm guessing around 30 and he's only 18. He's really hot tho. He wanted to have a serious relationship but when he's with his girl, they only last for 1 week just because he changed his mind. And after that there he goes again hunting for a new one.
How can I help this fellow?

No, he will end up getting dumber and dumber women, because the women with more than a few brain cells in their head will not be stupid enough to date and vest any chance of having feelings for a player. He's only really shooting himself in the foot if the time ever comes that he wants a serious relationship, and he probably has issues bonding with women as well.
I pity poor blokes like him. It's almost like a bipolar process. The high of new love and the crash of it not working out for him. This is something he is going to have to learn to deal with on his own, unfortunately. Wait until he gets out of high school and he will have to find himself having to try harder to find a woman, as adult women often have lives and are not completely hard-up for some high school boy. Once he's had to chase, he'll be more likely to settle with what he can get.
Considering that it sounds like there is a pattern, he is most likely creating the outcome with his mentality of the whole thing. It's something he'll have to work on himself as an adult when he finally gets there.
He's young, you'll find this a common trait in young men and women. Wait until he's older and out of school for a while, it's much harder to find a girlfriend when your not in highschool. Maybe when he relizes how hard it is he'll hold onto a girl for a while and come to respect a realtioship for what it is. Not always the case, but this sort of situation is where you butt out and watch from the side lines
An 18year old male who is a serial dater. Sounds normal to me. Im sure thats called a player. He is leaving his option open but once he goes through all the girls he will get a reputation and not many girls will want a bar of him and he may end up lonely with no girls interested. I'd suggest letting him have his fun, he may find someone he wants to be with for more than a week sooner or later
Are you a male or female? And has he asked for help or do you just want to help him as you hate seeing him get hurt? There's a difference between trying to save someone from being hurt and someone asking for help themselves
