There is this chick that I can't stand in our clique, and she doesn't like me either. What would you do?

Unless she starts shit with you, do your best ignore her and put on a happy face.
If she's being malicious, expose her. Some people escalate if they think they can get away with tormenting you. Maybe some of your friends will step in and support you if they see her being an ass to you.
Acting polite and respectful is always the correct answer, except sometimes on the Internet.
Start liking her. You'll either end up liking her or not feeling anything about her..
Im in the same boat but THE BITCH WONT LEAVE! Ignore her, you dont want to be two faced and look like the bad guy.
