I don't sleep really if someone can tell me how to sleep without pills it would be great
Lately, I believe that I have been waking up before 12:am. If I was still dealing with insomnia, I would definitely be waking up sometime during the afternoon.
Lately it's been between 12-3 AM. I eventually go back to sleep for an hour or two, wake up again, then sleep, then wake up, and from there I try to stay awake or I'll wind up sleeping through the wake up alarm.
I wake up at 6.
And then 6:15.
And then usually some time between 6:23 and 6:28.
Then I quickly throw on some clothes and run out the door.
If there's enough time I'll squeeze a shower in there.
7:00 a.m. on average. If not, 6:00 a.m. My circadian rhythm is fucked up.
I wake from about 2:00 a.m.- 4:00 a.m., so it varies, but then again I'm a working man so you can't blame me for waking up so early every morning.
