I've heard people say "Bob's yarunkel" a lot and I'm wondering, what's a yarunkel? It's not in the dictionary :(

Is she married to uncle Bob? That name always brings to mind a bobble head doll on the dashboard of some car goin down a bumpy road. bob, bob, bob.....
When someone says 'bobs your uncle' people usually reply 'Fannys your aunt' :P
Haha reminds me of a goldfish.. Bob bob bob
I'll tell ya what makes no cents! That fuckin vending machine that stole my shiny moneys :'(
And the perfume factory that went out of business...NO SCENTS WHATSOEVERRRRRRR!!!!!
You're right.
It's a British expression (also used elsewhere), but nobody knows the exact origin or reason behind it.
I like those kind of bizarre expressions, though. They add a bit of fun nonsense to language :)
I never said it made sense, but that's the quote. Try google if you don't believe me.
Im not sure.. I spent most of the time trying to actually say that word out aloud..
Its just a random expression people use...Bobs your uncle> kind of like "Its your birthday!" a Lot of random expressions make no sense. Australians have a different sense of humor.
As an Australian
