I came home and walked into our bedroom my girlfriend just had nickers on and her friend who’s a girl had underwear on they said they was trying clothes on . It seems like something else was going on my girlfriend wanted to get rid of me back out
If they really were trying clothes on I would also have thrown you out of the room very quickly because it would be inappropriate for you to look at her friend in her underwear. Why would you think it was ok to hang around in that situation? That's weird and creepy.

Did they look flustered, or was your girlfiend's friend just embarrassed that you were seeing her in her underwear?
If your immediate gut feeling was that something was going on, it probably was. However, you need to consider the possibility that exposure to too much porn might lead you to this conclusion when it was completely innocent.
