What should i say to the girl who keeps shaking her leg?

This girl, sitting behind me, have a serious restless leg syndrome. She keeps shaking my desk and it’s really annoying. How should I deal with her without sounding rude? I don’t want to talk during class because I don’t wanna interrupt or distract anyone (it’s a pretty quiet class). I’m thinking writing her a note...? And if so, what should i write?

    Give up and move seats, because it's a nervous habit. Don't bother her for something so stupid.

    If it is actually Restless Leg Syndrome, she has no control over it. Do you habitually get annoyed at people with disabilities or illnesses which cause you any inconvenience?

    If it is just a nervous habit of hers, then maybe she doesn't even realise she's bumping your desk.

    Why the hell would you need to write a note? I understand that you don't know her well enough to have her number, and so you can't communicate by the only means most young people are comfortable with these days, but why the hell can't you just look her in the eye one day before or after class, smile, and say, "Excuse me. I'm sorry to mention it, but..."

    meet her after class . chat for a bit.. become friends.. then when starts shaking her leg.. turn around and make it sound like a joke... say while smiling "you never stop do you?" ... after being kinda friends this wont sound rude.. if you dont joke a bit before class.. this will look weird or rude.
