What should i plan on doing

So, I am meeting someone I have been talking to for the past month. I met him at his home the first time a month ago and we chatted talked, and hugged when I left. Now after I left he sent me a message and thought we was going to the bed, but I was respectful and didn’t do that. Now I’m going back tomorrow to meet him at his home, and we both want to hook up- but do I make the first move? If so how?? Or does he?

How old are both of you? What is your first language? To know your culture can give some insight.

Go with the flow. If you feel like doing the first move, do it. If you feel like he should do it, wait for it.
There's no rule really it depends on the person and what you like.
Just don't do things you don't want to do.

    Good question!

As the woman, I advise against making the first move. Find out what hes made of by putting him in a position where initiative is required. Just react very positively to any advances he makes, or maybe even hint at it.

You might be fine just asking him, although based on the women I've talked to and been with, they don't like the sex when they have to ask for it. Women like to feel desired. If you feel the need to ask, it might mean you don't think your attractive enough to make him make the move. It will be better for your confidence if you let him pursue you.
