What should i get her as a birthday present?

Ok, well this is not a normal "Is it normal" question and this probably doesn't belong on this website but I don't really know where to ask this from so... Either way there is a friends birthday coming up later this week and I don't really know what to do for her birthday. I don't know know this person IRL so I can't really give her a present other than something online. If I would know her IRL I would probably bake something for her, but thats not really a option atm. I thought about drawing but I'm horrible at it so I can't really send a picture of a drawing. If anyone has any idea what to do, then please bomb me with ideas in the comments :D (a couple of things she likes are anime/manga, japan, games). My last option would probably be just buying her a game on steam but that's not really that creative.

    A dvd/bluray season of one of her favorite animes? Amazon is really amazing for gifts. And you can ship it right to her home address. Does she have a smartphone that maybe you could find a cute japanese style phone case? I also second kingofcarrots idea on the snacks.

    Maybe get some Japanese snacks etc from somewhere like oyatsucafe.com and put your friends address as a destination

    Give them an Amazon gift voucher! Tons of stuff you can get. You can get tons of cosplay or manga/anime merch from there (I've checked). I'm into fairy tail and theres tons of stuff there.

    What's her favorite anime?

    Maybe get her chibi figures or something (they're pretty expensive, though).

    Or a kigurumi/hoodie of something like Totoro, Doraemon, or Pikachu. That'll be nice.

    Or a basket of small items that you can find at Daiso. (but it has to be from online, right?)

    Send a card with anime references! (I always love those! :D)

    I'm out of ideas. I agree with kingofcarrotflowers and RainbowDischarge.

    I'd personally want a game from steam.
    It doesn't matter if it's creative since she'd get to have a new game to play.

    Sometimes a passage of words that tell your friendship may be nice.
    There are a million and one online birthday cards that you can send. That could include these best wishes words.

    I think you should send something that you both like (not just her) something that she will think of you after receiving it. If you normally chat online then that's your option (text formatted beautifully romantic or friendly) or a picture you would both like, ideally individualized for her.

    You could try to describe what your friendship means together, that type of thing. Send it on an Internet scroll or something (no idea if that exists, doesn't everything exist these days)

    Its normal not to know what to send someone on their birthday. We ALL go through this and 99% of us just end up saying Happy Birthday, Love your friend anonymous xo :D
