What should i do with this shy guy?

This guy started looking at me long long time ago, then he started being noticed since he does all those cute and obvious ways to get my attention; he appears out of nowhere and calls my name then says nothing after that, never looks at my eyes when im talking to him near, then always peeks at me.. well, then suddenely he started ignoring me. not looking at me at all. So, i gave him a nice smile and few friendly words for a day then ignored him < well. is tht a bad way?.. and he started starting at me again toooo much. Its now ester break and we dont have any way to keep in touch for a week and i felt that he was trying to talk to me last day of school.. but i guess it didnt work out.

Should i tell him first? or atleast add him in my facebook? well.. the thing is that he is a forigner, and in our school if we get together it will be a huge story.. btw, we are 18

*i am also not the kind of loud girl. well, just say im atleast louder then him.

    I hate shyness. I'm a shy guy too. Maybe you should take the first step to him.

    if people weren't so insecure, life would be easy. i suppose it all depends on how you feel about the whole thing? some people are worth more effort than others.

    if he is not a local, and possibly a new student, he may need a little help coming out of his shell.

    maybe you should consider approaching him to just talk, see where it goes from there.

    yea there was a guy i liked once and he was shy like this guy. I always like having the guys take the first move but if you like him then i think you should take the first move

    Friending on facebook is an easy way to get to know a shy guy a little bit, and if you seem to have a connection you can hang out face-to-face after that. He should like it if you take some initiative, shy guys dig it.

    i wouldnt bother dont seem like youd have too much in common, if someone cant make eye contact with you it means they dont feel comfortable with you
