My brother deleted my photo folder on my computer that contains my precious old photos of my birthday from 2 years ago and last year's. I don't have a backup copy, I'm so mad and he's unapologetic! What should I do?

Recover them from the recycle bin? If that's not an option, then you might be able to consult with your local geek mechanic, because if I'm not mistaken, there are ways of getting deleted files from a hard drive, even if they were removed from the recycle bin.
