This actually pretty good advice, though sadly, that just turns some men on more. I also agree that your mom might not be the first person you should tell. Her knee jerk emotional response might be to blame you and this isn't your fault. If it's okay to ask, how old are you and has he ever previously given any indication that he might be interested in you sexually? Do you feel safe being at home, and if not, is there a safe place you can go to until you figure out what you want to do?

I don't know, sniffing and licking panties doesn't seem to directly correlate to sexual interest in that individual. It's just awkward to know he is doing it unfortunately. As long as there is know other weird contact to you personally, touching, spying, stuff like that I think you just carry on it'll get easier to deal with as time goes by, and just understand, dads masturbate, and have kinky thoughts and sex, they are human too.
