All bread is good,BUT the BEST breads are anything but plain old white. Something that has flavor or is unique in some way is my favorite.
Depends on what you're eating with it. Baguette with pasta is great. Bagel for morning, with some bacon, egg and cheese, delicious. White bread, like toast bread? Peanut butter sandwhich!

you know bread is good when it hurts to chew and makes your mouth bleed a little....thats the real whole grain stuff
Me, my favourite type of bread is either organic brown rice or organic oatmeal.
I go to a flea market where they have the biggest, most delicious loaves of russian rye, with seeds, of course. Makes a bangin grilled cheese sammie :)
