I picked Sausage but specifically speaking what I mean is Italian Sausage. It is annoying too because one really large pizza take-out/delivery chain which shall remain unnamed will not put that on it. I have to go to other companies which I think have inferior crusts. Usually I go to a mom & pop pizza parlor to get what I really want though.

Other than that, I am satisfied with what I call "The Carnivore's Special." All the meats on the pizza, basically.

    Well that very large chain hasn't got it, as near as I can tell. They have sausage on their menu but it is called "Pork Sausage." It doesn't taste like breakfast sausage either; so I am unsure what type it is specifically. All I know is that it doesn't taste like the Italian sausage that I sometimes buy from the store, brown and put on my own pizza when I want it.
    
    I am not sure why they will not put it on there because I have never asked; I have only asked if they have it.
    
    This same chain also will not put anchovies on your pizza either. I have only found major take-out delivery chain that lists them as an available topping.

    Yes. Some is spicy, sometimes it is called "Sweet Italian sausage." The Sweet sausage isn't spicy. The way you can tell if it is Italian sausage is because it has rosemary seeds in it. I am the only one in my family who likes it, my family criticize it saying it has an anise or licorice flavor.
