    Chick-fil-et

    1) Every single item - save for one - is under 500 calories - that's because the owner had a heart attack and decided "We need to do things right" and revamped the menu to make it healthy.

    2) Once when the company was doing badly, the owner gave up his paycheck for the year so that the employees could be paid.

    3) Everyone gets Sunday off.

    (not to mention their grilled chicken and fruit salad is unbelievable ... very tasty and healthy) =)

      Homemade will always prevail over fast food.

      Fast food isn't even real food. They have videos on youtube of McDonald's is "actually" made from and the fact that McDonald's food doesn't even mold! You could keep a happy meal out for a year or so and it still would look as if you just bought it! That's really creepy. Food is supposed to age and rot not look like it just came out of the fryer. The calories are just crazy! If you make your food at home, than you can to some extent control the calories.

      No kidding. Whatever happened to cooking at home. Everybody goes out to eat now a days. I prefer to cook something fresh, considering I know what's in it.

          I take it you are a strong advocate for eating healthy? The way I see it, I won't judge what people eat, most of them are aware individuals of the cons of their food intake... on the other hand there has be a good reason why over 25 percent of the nation feeds on it daily...

            Yes, I mostly eat Organic.

            I feel like most probably know. If they don't, then how could they not?

            There are books like the Eat This, Not That series. Documentaries like Supersize me. Videos on youtube that show what and how McNasty is made.
            It really baffles me.

    Burger King. I used to love mcdonalds until I discovered BK's burgers are bigger and better tasting and the fries are amazing and always hot, not dried up, lukewarm and over-saltled like mcdonalds. The best part is it cost less. Their value menu is less costly.
    The only think mcdonalds offers better than BK is their nuggets. BK nuggets suck.

    Smithfields. It's a restaurant most common in the South. It's a BBQ and Chicken restaurant, with amazing fries, hushpuppies, sweet tea, the works.

    Probably a more established restaurant, I'd have to say Subway.

    Probs maccy d's because delicious.

    HOWEVER KFC is also way up there cos it sells lots of chicken and chicken is like the nicest meat in the world and its like the only meat that i enjoy although i cant eat it on a bone cos thats kinda like cannabalism and i dont agree with that sorry haters
